Like you, time is the most valuable thing I have, because once its spent, that’s it. I have invested in my personal development, and I am living the benefits. I have invested in my community and the people I work with and for are reaping the rewards. What and who are you investing in?

EMPOWER is also flexible enough to be delivered remotely and can be packaged for online distribution.

Package 1

Workshops covering the entire Empower Programme.

Action learning sets (1 hour)  – choice of which element to focus on and embed  learning.

1-1 coaching sessions.

Package 2

Workshops on each of the Empower Elements (Energy, Motivation, Physical Activity, Optimism, Wellbeing, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience) – staff to opt in and repeated to accommodate as necessary.

Follow up facilitated action learning sets.

Individual coaching session per attendee to personalise action planning/taking.

Package 3

The Leadership Team chooses which elements to focus on – and preferred delivery method.

Choices of – Energy, Motivation, Physical Activity, Optimism, Wellbeing, Emotional Intelligence and Resilience.

These elements may vary from department to department.

Taster Session / Introduction to Empower

This 2.5 hour session is a great way to introduce and explain how the Empower Programme can be an asset to your organisation. A detailed outline of the thinking behind the programme, with suggestions and strategies of how it can be tailored to your objectives.
